If you are looking for a daily export of the My Muscle Chef Nutritional information in a spreadsheet, here you go.

As this is not written by My Muscle Chef themselves, this may break at any time, but it is super handy for my family to quickly see which products actually meet our needs since the website does not let you filter on these options.

I highly just recommend that you use the Google Sheets “Create a Filter” option to narrow down the products that work for you.

In short, I use the My Muscle Chef products API to scan the nutritional information out of all their products. This is especially useful if you have a particular nutritional goal in mind as you can now see all of the data in one place, on a single page.
